Orders are delivered curbside or to the safest accessible area near your front door or garage. Please note that removal of packaging or pallets isn’t included.
Smaller parcel orders are shipped directly to your address through trusted national carriers, no signature required. If you have specific delivery preferences, we recommend creating a FedEx or UPS account. This allows you to request drop-off spots (like beside your garage) or provide access codes, though these requests are always at the driver’s discretion.
We are pleased to offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.
